5 /5 Darla Ornelis: I had been injured at my job. I was trying to help my 3 rd child (first generation college graduates for my family) get MSW! Just hanging out with my granddaughter having fun. I knew I wouldnt be able to keep up my bills and help with rent etc... I chose chapter 13 bancruptcy after consultation and with bvlaw.. Life had been throwing me major curve balls for 3 years now. I had given up after my credit score was 786 on day of injury. The vehicle I wanted to save just kept getting more expensive. Major repairs I had it for 13 years. 3rd loan it to help our living expenses. I wanted my 3rd child to have a great education also.I had to change to chapter 7. Worked 45 years havent been able to work 3 years 2 surgical procedures later Im ready to find a job.
