Oh and the 2-stage authentication also is glitchy--the text code wont work, you have to use email. When I tried to send a message in to point the issue out, surprise surprise the message center had an error and wouldnt send, and it doesnt even let you save the message to send later. For any companies considering BCBSIL for their uses, I would use someone else if you want your employees to actually be able to use their website without spending a half hour resetting their password every time they just need to log in to check something quickly. if you have 10,000 employees that are checking something monthly, thats a lot of hours of labor wasted on something that should never happen.
