They always shop for the best prices each renewal period. They quickly respond to any issues that come up. It is a night and day difference from the service I received from other agencies the previous 30 years. My only regret is I didnt come across IIP 40 years ago.

He is quick to return a phone call or email when I have a question about my policy or claim. He is also willing to find the answer to those questions if he doesnt already know the answer.
