Bethany Hellman Do yourself a favor and dont do business with this person. Does not respond to emails. The one time weve met she was rude (Id use a worse term, but I will refrain). She took a new job in the middle of closing our deceased mothers estate without telling us and does not communicate AT ALL. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible. Good luck if you take her.

Ozzy Winston took me on with a fairly severe charge. It being my first offense and being an out of country resident I didn’t know anything about the process. Winston & Kelly helped me greatly throughout this process. This man does a great job and goes to battle for you!

Travis Davison I’m not rich. I was in a pinch. Jeff took on the case allowing payments very humble for that. Some people take advantage of these things as clients.Jeff’s strong defense and transparency as a client through confidentiality the case was dismissed. If he needs something from you he is swift and on point. As a busy Attourney he does respond and answers any doubts you may have and will in fact make sure that Any solution is exactly what you want to do even if you are mid way through his representation and he will recommend your best interest to you. He is direct and does exactly what he is paid for. I recommend anyone to Jeff if they are honest about the situation the truth leads to a good defense. Jeff can have mutual conversation with you about understanding and the litigation of it all. Highly recommended
