1 /5 marissa: She never answers the phone or can never get a call back. (Main reason why we cancelled) We decided to cancel & got charged twice in a month on our last month.. Again, no answer when I tried to get in contact with them for an explanation. Not professional here at all, just save your time & go somewhere else.. Alicia does not take care of her clients.

5 /5 Jeremy Thompson: I’ve been shopping around for insurance since prices on everything and anything have skyrocketed. Not only did they give me what I was looking for, the customer service was great. I spoke to Vince I believe his name was. He was very nice and went over discounts I never knew were out there. Overall was very professional and I will be recommending my friends and family to this agency. I had Victor Herrera at first but they never seem to answer or are never there.

5 /5 Gloria Realty LLC: Alicia and Leidy are wonderful to work with. I needed insurance for home and auto and they were quick to insure me properly and at a very reasonable price. Would recommend this agency to anyone and everyone.

5 /5 Anna Rocha-Gray: After years of dealing with brokers and other A rated companies, I decided to switch due to an enormous error they made that cost me hundreds of dollars. I called Alicia and she quickly helped me with my various polices. Her quotes were similar in pricing but the quality of service is absolutely worth it. Any time I have a question, her office staff is responsive and very professional. I have have had an excellent client experience with my many policies. I highly recommend her and her office.
