Exactly what I needed in my situation and exactly how you would want someone to treat your daughter/son in such a situation. My car was totaled and having a child to care for without family that lives near I would typically stress thinking of being without transportation but with Melissa’s quick response my rental was reserved within an hour or so after I was rendered car-less & ready for pick up the next day. Long story short, Brent worked on the policy and spoke with me on the phone at 8:30pm to assure he had what was needed for his appointment. Now that’s being true to your customers. I recently switched from a nearly 25 year relationship with another local agency because the rates were so much more reasonable here. Upon filing my first claim, Whitney was so resourceful in assembling the best team to meet the needs of our family. We had multiple trees hit our home in the past 24 hours due to storms, which made it a very stressful situation. I felt at ease knowing that they were viewing my house not just as a house, but a home that I am raising my babies in. I will be forever grateful for the experience that I had with their team. 10/10 recommend!

Barbara Medieros If I could give less than 1 star I would. My husband had insurance with this company for 20 years and paid faithfully without missing a payment. All of a sudden they started withdrawing $613.87 per month out of the account instead of $61.51 per month. When we realized it after several months we contacted Re-Assure America only to be told they insurance term had expired & that was our new premium. They never contacted us or informed us of any change in the premium or the expiration date of the policy. We never gave authorization for any amount other than the $61.51 to be deducted from our account. They are now refusing to refund the money taken out of our account illegally. I will be contacting the State Regulatory Board and an attorney for compensation.
