Susan List Bryan Bridges at American Family Insurance is a great agent and the company is great as well. We have been with them for over 30 years and have never had an issue. Just recently we had damage and Bryan and his staff were very prompt to get the claims process going and followed up several times to ensure we were being taken care of. I would and have recommended Bryan Bridges as well as American Family.

He made sure he explained the policy in detail and took the time to answer any questions I had. Mary Jo worked with me for my home and auto insurance. I had a lot of questions concerning various coverages and various deductibles. She provided, via email, several proposals with various deductibles for my review.
