His communication is excellent and he takes the time to be certain his customer understands what insurance coverage they are receiving and why it is important. Dan Zolman Amica was a good insurance company when I first joined in 2008. Trying to communicate with this company now is impossible. The rates keep going up but the service keeps going down. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Amica says that they send notices for discounts, but I cant remember getting any. But they have no problem raising your rate. Dont get into an accident, because they will not communicate at all! I have so much more to say but Im too angry. Go somewhere else!

John Pezowicz I was hit by one of their clients and totalled my car. That experience was not as painful as what was to come when having to deal with this insurance company. After admitting full blame a saying they take full responsibility nothing has come about to hold up that statement.
