5 /5 Michael: Not proud of it, but this wasnt my first rodeo when it comes to dealing with a DUI, but I can say it was DEFINITELY my best one! I, like everyone else received tons of mailings from many of lawyers asking to represent me. After some careful research, and speaking with about 5 of them, including Jim, I told them all I would make my decision the following week. I had what I felt like what the most honest call with Jim Yeargan and gave him a call back. I told Jim I am putting all my trust in him, dont let me down, and he didnt! :-) Jim never overpromised, never overcharged, but he did OVER DELIVER! He wasnt able to take my case due to some health issues he was dealing with, which had me a little worried being I hired him and wanted him to represent me. He spoke highly of his team and told me he has the best for me and to not worry. Brenda worked with me for about a year and then she said she was moving away from the firm and introduced me to Max B. By this time, I felt a little handed off, but I still trusted Jim despite him not being directly on my case. Max and I met and had great chemistry, open conversation about what I was willing to accept and not willing to and he gave me our options up into and including trial if necessary! Basically, we werent going out without a fight! On day 1 of meeting Max, he got my entire case dismissed! It still feels surreal being this has been a weight on my shoulder for over 4 Years! I was at risk of losing my job based on the outcome, and not to mention the financial burdens and etc... God placed Jim, Brenda and Max in my life for a reason and for that I am FOREVER grateful. I gave Max the biggest hug (and we took a selfie). I told him I hope I never need him again, but if I did or knew someone that does, I will bring them to Jim and him directly. These guys are hands down the best in the business! No doubt about it!
