The young lady who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional, rude, and clearly lacked the training or maturity needed for the role. She sounded young, uneducated, and completely unfit to represent any business, let alone one I expected professionalism from. It’s honestly shocking how far the standards have dropped—it feels like they’re just hiring anyone off the street without proper vetting. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable.
