1 /5 brianna jade: how do you mess up someones social and birthday when its in the application. make it make sense. not to mention I have been calling every day for the 2 weeks to get it corrected and I havent been able to get ahold of anyone. so I havent been able to access my benefits what so ever. straight garbage

1 /5 Anthony Fuentes: Good luck getting ahold of them on the phone, and if you go in person the staff dont seem like they want to be there or something because Ive filled online and in person as well as called my case worker and left a VM and still havent heard anything. My significant other has had the same problem. They just need to close down if their not going to do there job. Theres an office in Clarksville that might be better.
