They took the time out to help you and didn’t rush you off the phone and they stayed in contact with you throughout your whole process in my experience. I was at work trying to get my insurance renewed, which was going to expire in the next day or two the young lady that helped me, she said, can you text her? Yes, I can. We did most of the policy over the phone through text until I got off work and can finish the rest with her on the phone so I just wanna give them a That I will always work with them with my insurance thank you

5 /5 Davian Jones: I was trying to call my usual branch on fairburn rd, but they are closed today. It kept forwarding my call to whoever was available, 3 times I was greeted very rudely by ppl who answered the phone w an attitude and hung up on me with no given explanation. I was grateful enough to be forwarded to Teresa who told me she worked at the Hiram location, very friendly, very fast and efficient. We need more ppl like Teresa working for Velox. After those first 3 ppl I wanted to switch insurance companies, I cant lie; but ppl like Teresa need to be recognized in the company!
