Staci McLaughlin I can’t say enough good things about this company. We have had our auto and home insurance with them for over 16 years. I refer everyone to them when they complain about how much they are paying in insurance. Every time I’ve called, I receive the best customer service. I’m not sure if Jackie is still there, but she was our agent to start with and she was just awesome! We now have Kyle, and he is so personable and kind. And they definitely are the most affordable. Henry Gut I was looking to get insurance quotes for home and auto, and I chose the Austin Taylor group because they were near by. I had been getting Internet quotes which left me frustrated. I went to the office as a walk-in, and was seen by Deb Hroblak. She took my basic information and listened to what I needed. The next day she contacted me with what she had to offer, which wasnt quite acceptable. We made a scheduled appointment, and while we were discussing what she had found, she came across a company with an auto policy acceptable to my needs and price. She also found a home policy I accepted. Had she not had the expertise and determination to not give up, I wouldnt be happy today with the 2 great policies which are saving me money and peace of mind.
