1 /5 Jim Sampson: They have a very high turnover rate, the branch manager is totally indifferent towards customers. He has a very poor attitude, such as thats something you can do nothing about,when you do not agree & ask for a explanation . Poor poor attitude

5 /5 Ambra Pierce: This is by far the best bank Ive ever had I love them they are so resourceful and so helpful they definitely made the experience of having a Bank One in a million they are so courteous and respectful the only place I will ever use theyre very informative and go above and beyond measures to help me and my family with our accounts and buying a house yall have to go to this Bank I dont know anyone that would be able to help better

2 /5 Billy F.: I have banked with suntrust for over 25 years. If you only have to use their services online then it is great, however thats where the greatness ends. If you have to do any in person transactions or make any Important changes to your account it takes forever at the Douglas, Georgia branch. This morning broke my patience with them. I waited in the drive-through line for over 15 minutes and nothing was happening. There were 6 cars in the 3 drive-through lanes and during the 15 minutes I only saw the vacuum canister drop one time. I am seriously considering changing banks after being a loyal customer. My wife works at a local bank in town and it is night and day in terms of customer service and speed. It is sad when I can make a deposit using my wifes bank account and then transfer the money to my suntrust account faster than going to my suntrust bank to make a deposit. If management doesnt do something quick I am going to be changing the bank I have used for decades. If you tend to make in person deposits I highly recommend you do not use suntrust. If all of your transactions are through direct deposit and you rarely have to go to the bank then suntrust may work for you.

They have competitive rates, free check with direct deposit, and very good promotional rates on CDs and other services. The staff is always friendly and courteous. As always, you should shop around for loans and other banking services, but Ive repeatedly found SunTrust to be competitive and willing to help whenever I have questions. The online banking features are easy and intuitive to use.
