5 /5 Missy Ward: I love this bank and its people! The employees work together as a team! They are always professional and friendly! Claudia went above and beyond to help me when I had a desperate need! Thanks Claudia and thanks to the rest of the employees!

1 /5 Randy Cross: The drive thru is the worst customer service. I been banking before it was built well and never had a problem. I love the Cleveland hwy branch but the walnut ave needs improvement in the drive thru. I have had a problem twice with the same lady . She has grey hair shes short and wears glasses . I dont know her name but the last time she insulted me saying it wasnt me on my license and then said no afence but you look 10 years older in person. Then today another issue with the same person. It really makes me upset to the point I dont never want to have to do any business at that branch again.

1 /5 Jordan Ledford: Do not use this bank. Called to ask a simple question for a customer that was unsure of what she needed, and Claudia preceded to raise her voice and get an attitude because she is not qualified to do her job. Save yourself trouble and go to another location.

5 /5 Robert Johnson: I had a chance to visit your beautiful state and during my visit I had an opportunity to stop by your Cleveland branch and the lovely lady. Chris was so polite so helpful very engaging. I Felt like a millionaire based on her treatment and her politeness, although it was a small transaction, she made me feel like I was the most important person at the moment like Sunshine. In a world full of villains she is a Superhero

5 /5 Stacy Curtis: The employees at the branch on Walnut Avenue are wonderful! They literally saved my life. I had just had my license renewed and only had my paper copy. I went EVERYWHERE and no one would cash my paycheck. I went to Builtwell and not only did they cash my check but they allowed me to open a checking account.
