2 /5 Kati Gazaway: I have been banking with BB&T (now Truist) for over a decade. I got my first account here in college and have had it ever since. I used to really like it here. They were fast and pleasant. Now going here is a literal nightmare. There are 2 or 3 ladies that are nice tellers, but there are a few others who will be burdened by your existence and need of banking assistance, even though thats the job they applied and got hired to do. It is always incredibly busy, and they are always understaffed. They never answer the phone. Dont drop a deposit off in the drop box unless you want it to be days before it goes into your account. The bank itself has really just gone downhill. It used to be a bank that was for the people, now they really dont care who you are. The level of service they used to provide is not there anymore and I will be moving to Greater Community on the next day I have off that isnt a bank holiday.
