1 /5 Fallon H: Refused to take my state-issued gun permit (just grabbed the wrong ID by accident), which is a government issued form of identification, for a company withdrawal - even with a debit card to the same account, in my name, in my hand. Instead, (because I cant run due to back issues) the teller made my 11 year old son run through a THUNDERSTORM to get my drivers license instead. Sorry, but thats beyond petty into flat mean. Done with Truist - this was the last straw.
2 /5 Mary Dee Boylan: Even though we had an appointment in the lobby area, we had to conduct it outside in the parking lot. My mom is 86 yrs old, she was extremely hot. They would not let her use the restroom after driving from Calhoun, GA.
2 /5 Tessy Langston: I am not sure what has happened with the customer service at this branch. The employees lack general knowledge of simple banking questions regarding my account. You would think the people who are managing my money would know my account as good as I do. Maddy and Sam were always great and very knowledgeable when I would come in. If they didn’t know an answer they would atleast try to find one. I wish these two ladies were still at the second avenue location. They are definitely missed and the branch is lacking and struggling without them. I have been a customer for 20 years and have never questioned the bank I have chose until now. Lots of changes with bad results.
2 /5 Pete “Greenacres”: Main office downtown. We have had good service from the individuals who notarize documents, etc. No issues there. However, the tellers are both understaffed and slow. I drove into the drive-thru at 1:23 on 4/6/22 with two vehicles in front of me, one in each lane. After five minutes and no movement I chose to use the office to cash a check. There were two tellers, one handling the drive-thru and the other with a customer. The teller with the customer was painfully slow; absolutely no sense of urgency. The drive-thru teller then came over and helped two customers in front of me. After doing so he went back to processing drive-thru customers. In the meantime the other teller was still processing the customers transaction. The drive-thru teller then came back to me and cashed my check. All told I was at the bank for over 20 minutes to cash a check. Pitiful.
1 /5 casey tetrick: Deposited a check at 11 and doesn’t show even pending. Went back in and was told, “it will show up tonight!” Now I dunno about any other bank but they all show EVERY PENDING TRANSACTIONS so not to worry. Well, the 1800 # told me the same and can not see the transaction so it’s good I have this flimsy ass receipt when tomorrow hits and I still don’t have my $.
Truist you’re trash and I only have this acct for bills. Otherwise, I would have never opened one with you due to shit like this
D F Awesome people that work there, small town fell even though a big chain, still greet you when you come in the door. I would highly suggest banking with this location.
Robin Garrison I financed my car thru Hunter Conner at MyGeorgia CU. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He answered all questions promptly. This was my first interaction with Hunter; I feel like I’ve always known him. Thank you Hunter!!
Kimberly Gooden Ashley, hands down, the best life insurance agent out here. She keeps it real, break everything down so it makes sense, and always got your best interest at heart. Whether you tryna secure the bag for your family or just get peace of mind, she got you covered. No pressure, just straight-up facts and options that fit your life. 10/10 recommend, you won’t find better.
