Sharyn Dickerson Brant is the absolute best agent! A little more than a year ago, I hit a deer and was stuck on a back country road with sketchy cell service. After barely getting through to 911, I reached out to Brant and was able to get ahold of him. He actually arrived before the police did and he stayed with me until (and after) my husband arrived. He also helped me navigate working with the repair shop to ensure my vehicle was back in the condition it was before the accident. Again, all around great insurance agent and someone you can truly depend on when needed!

Jon Kulsic Andy was an absolute legend in the customer service experience game! Not only was it a treat to hear music playing in the background at the office, but it was nice to chat with someone who didn’t leave room for long, awkward silence over the phone, especially while systems took time to load on her end. I received a great quote and didn’t need to worry about shopping around afterwards. I wish all customer service calls were as much of a pleasure as this one was! 10/10

Joshua Nichols This is without a doubt simply the best company I’ve used for insurance in twenty five years of being in business. The speed and empathy that they displayed when I filed my claim was unbelievable. After hearing other businesses complain about their agents and the apathetical way they approach their claims, I was fully expecting the worst and I was delightfully surprised. It was an unexpected result because they had saved me so much money in premiums over my last company. I will be a customer for a longtime to come. Thanks guys.
