1 /5 Lauren Torres: I hired him for my divorce case and he did bare minimum. Then, he forgot to put my name change in my finalized divorce paperwork (it was in my petition and signed off by the judge) and he refused to fix his mistake while trying to re-charge me for it again. I had to go outside of him and do this on my own (at a much cheaper rate) to get this done. He also was very avoidant and ignored my calls, texts, emails. When coming up with the child support amounts, he called my ex and asked him what he made then put it down. I had to fight to get a check stub on my own which proved he made way more in order for Tim to change it. My ex refused to sign things and his job refused to enforce the child support order bc he was a "nice guy". Tim did nothing! I was beyond glad to be done with him and I will never be back. I wouldnt recommend anyone else to him either, especially a woman.
