I called her office almost two to three times week and her paralegal Brittany spoke to me like she was a therapist and constantly reassured me to trust the process and make sure that I did everything that I needed to do as part of my parent case plan to remain compliant. She comforted me over the phone at times when I cried and when I asked a million questions in regards to my daughter’s juvenile case. They are patient and will encourage you to stay in the fight. 1 /5 john cowart: Hired her on behalf of my family member and similar to other postings, she couldnt care less after the retainer cleared. After 9 months of silence, begged to speak with her and she was a no show on 3 calls that her office scheduled around her open calendar. She ALWAYS had an "emergency" on another case. In my opinion, good attorneys dont have countless emergencies because they are prepared. She actually expected us to go to a court hearing and she had never met or talked to the client. That being the last straw, hired a great attorney and had the case favorably resolved in 2 months. Save your money for a good and responsible attorney.
