5 /5 Traci Manweiler: ** Update - I’m still with Trey and Thunder Road Ins. I have never been happier with an insurance company! Trey and Hunter are the best! I called Trey a couple of weeks ago to see if he could possibly help with an issue I was having in trying to find the insurance company of someone that had hit my car. I was insured with Liberty Mutual and since I only had liability on my car, they said they wouldn’t help in filing the claim. Trey took the time to call around and find the company, stayed on the phone with me and answered questions until I was exactly where I needed to be to file the claim. I changed my insurance to Farmer’s today. I have better coverage for what I was paying before and I have an agent that willingly goes above and beyond.
