Don Gibbs After being with Jack Bradley for many years the premiums for my home and auto insurance continued to increase. I never filed a claim for any reason. I called and spoke with Mandy and asked her to review my policies. A few days later she returned my inquiries with some fantastic results. She found auto coverage at less than half of my previous policy with the same coverage! With a few minor adjustments to my home insurance my premium was cut by nearly 800 dollars a year! Her patience with my questions/concerns and the education she provided about enrolling in health insurance felt more like I was working with a health insurance patient advocate or a social worker, not an insurance agent. I had so many questions, and she took her time and answered every single one of them. I never had to leave her a message or send an email twice. She was outstanding with her communication during the entire enrollment process. I cant tell you how much that means to someone like me who failed at navigating through what I call "A Broken Healthcare System" and almost died as a result. Karen F. restored my faith in the United States that one day universal healthcare will become the law, because I realized there are people who work in the health insurance industry, like Karen F., who really do care from the heart and dont prioritize "Profit over People".
