Elihu Siegman I recently hired Adam Harkness to handle a speeding ticket for me. This ticket threatened points on my license and a substantial increase in my insurance rates, despite the fact that it had been decades since my only other speeding ticket. The other area attorney I contacted never returned my calls. Adam returned my first call promptly. He was informative, knowledgable, and reassuring. And most of all, he delivered!
