Jim Baker Karmel Davis has been wonderful right from our initial conversation when I started my CH7 filing with her. As soon as we got on our first Zoom call I knew I made the right dicision reaching out to her. I was nervous, embarrassed, and ashamed, but by the end of the call, she lifted the weight off my shoulders by assuring me that all would be worked out over a set time frame and explained to me in detail what all that would entail. Henry Goodman I met attorney Weaver at the Pickens county courthouse. I was attempting to file a quickclaim deed and was told I did not have all the required forms. We went to his office and he drafted the land description document which enabled me to file and not having to return to Cobb county and thus a second trip.
