Over the course of the last 15 years, I have asked Richard for consultation on various issues, most recently a DUI/traffic violation for a family member and how to proceed. He answered the phone personally on one ring. He is compassionate and most knowledgeable on legal matters, patiently discussing options. He is straight to the point, without rushing a phone consult.
