1 /5 Deanna Bagwell: We hired Mr. Mccury to represent my son who has a mental disability or schizophrenia and was in a hospital . We met with him and he gave us a price and we was on a payment plan. He went to our arraignment everything went well. He had another court date and my son was ill and attend which lead to a failure to appear. I was in touch with the iffice all that day because I was unable to get him to agree to go to a hospital. Weekend went by an call the office on Monday talk to the sweet lady Suzan about the failure to appear an she hadn’t received anything in a failure to appear yet . That week went by an talked to her a few more times. Court wasn’t happening much due to Covid an Robert Mccury was taking leave a lot never heard nothing in the failure to appear . Next week same thing. I had told Suzan to let me know when the failure to appear came about an when my son got better we would handle it. A year later an still didn’t hear anything not one word or one phone call. Son is back in mental hospital ends up back in jail an he has a failure to appear . Robert Mccury came off his case the day my sons case went to court . The last year we heard NOTHING from them so we thought it was thrown out because the last thing I said to Suzan was call me if the failure to appear came up an the judge would drop it. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone! Robert Mccury plan out stoled money from us and didn’t hold up his agreement to represent my son! He knew he had a mental issue and I feel like he straight up took advantage of his disability and took our mo he and gave us no service! No fight for my son! I would suggest shopping around and not using this office!

I contacted him most recently and he reminded me why I have a history of allowing him to take care of things for us. He’s honest. He looked after my best interest and not his pocket. I appreciate the work he’s done for us and his legal advice.
