From start to finish he was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Mr Williams took the time to explain every detail and made sure my mother felt comfortable and understood every step of the process (she is 92 yrs old). He answered all questions patiently and provided us with peace of mind during what could have been a stressful process. What stood out most was Mr Williams ability to handle sensitive matters with both care and efficiency, ensuring that everything was completed in a timely manner (he even made a trip to the hospital when she had a small procedure that needed to be dealt with).
