I am a life time Allstate customer and truly feel I am in “good hands”.

She was extremely quick with her response to my inquiry and made the entire process a breeze, saving me lots of time from my busy schedule. She understood my needs from the get go and dedicated herself to helping me find the best coverage with the best price- not just selling me the policy. She answered all of my questions promptly and made sure I was well taken care of. Extremely satisfied with her service and highly recommend her! A true professional and a pleasure to work with.

I contacted the office wanting a quote, I work the same hours they are open so it’s difficult for me to get there. She had me email her my information and had a quote to me in just a few minutes. The communication was amazing. She was super friendly and very kind. She even stayed late for me to come by the office and had everything finished and ready to go. Top notch service. I’ll be honest one of the quotes was a little higher than who I was with but I’ll gladly pay a little extra knowing she will be my agent. Thank you Amanda

1 /5 slcare11: To bad Amanda was not in the office today when my 84 year old mother went in the office with a police report to get advise on filing a claim. The person in the office only told her to call a number to file the claim. Her granddaughter tried helping her by calling the number they suggested and three times the prompts from the calls only led to being disconnected. Shes now trying to help her to file online. This companys customer service stinks.
