1 /5 Katina Norman: As a result of poor communication and lack of adequate customer service from The Chenault Agency, I was charged over $400 within a 30 day period for my car insurance, which was 2x the monthly amount. Apparently, the agent who was managing my account was extremely neglectful in notifying me of account number discrepancies, important notices and due date withdrawals. I would not recommend this agency if youre looking for respectful, professional service.
