I reached out to her when I went to cancel a tag through state of ga on an antique vehicle and realized my car I’ve had since late nov had an issue. Stephanie immediately replied when I reached out and was so reassuring and calmed me down.. I was a mess mind you .. she handled the situation professionally and kept my heart and mind at ease.. Stephanie went above and beyond after hours to have a resolution and fix the issues with our account. Stephanie showed compassion and empathy through and gave me reassurance. I was indeed in good hands from the moment the issue arose by reaching out to Stephanie. Stephanie is a true asset to country financial!!! You won’t meet more of a genuine person on your side. We had used the previous CPA for nearly 20 years, and almost always had to file extensions, even though we always got our data to them early, and always got a refund.
