5 /5 Bryan Coomler: To Allstate Ive been with you long time think about 20 years better. Things has changed but I appreciate everything that you have done lowered my auto insurance to where it is today. Maybe one day we can get it even lower. You done very well for me and I appreciate everything.

1 /5 Matt Davis: I have had a policy with Allstate for years. Although ever since the new agent took over after my old agent retired it has been nothing but a struggle to get anything done. To top it off I had a renewal letter stating $310 ( what I have been paying ) for the next 6 months only to get the first bill after the renewal for $470. I wasn’t informed of any rate increase until I called about the bill but would have appreciated a heads up since I got a renewel for $310. I understand that rates are going up but how are gonna send a renewal for $310 and then raise your rates and not call a give a heads up.

1 /5 Helena Smith: I purchased an auto policy directly from this office. The policy was to begin on 10/1, however the company never sent a welcome letter with ID cards and policy number. On 10/1/23 I called the 800 Allstate number and there was no record of insurance in my name. I also sent 3 emails to the Gatson office asking for a policy number and ID cards. They did not respond to any of the emails. Since I had no proof of insurance, I was not able to drive or work and missed out on pay. Monday morning I purchased another insurance and called the Gatson office to cancel and for a refund. They advised me that it had to be approved. I called back for a status of my refund and Ms Sierra Bailey said that since I cancelled, her office can no longer help me. I called the 800 Allstate number to inquire about the policy and they still dont have a record of it and stated that the refund needs to come from the local office that I purchased it from. The employees at the Tamara Gatson Allstate Insurance office are unwilling to refund or help me get refunded for service that they did not provide. Thank God I did not cancel my GEICO insurance.
