Synovus Bank - Lake Park (GA)

1 /5 Jennifer Edmondson: Please don’t ever use this bank!! I’ve been with them since I moved to the area 4 years ago and it’s been nothing but trouble from the beginning. I’ve been dealing with an issue for 5 months now and I keep finding more and more issues. Both phone and in person customer service is horrible and extremely NOT helpful.

5 /5 Valarie Dannels: Have used this bank since moving to the area and I have never had a problem with them. They have great, professional customer support. The tellers are curteous, and professional. I recommend Synovus (previously First State) bank.

1 /5 Jimmy Wessel: What an absolute joke. Not only do you have to use AI for ten minutes to get to someone actually speak to you to ask a simple question, but once thats done, you get a call center overseas, where they can barely speak english. Customer service at this bank is an absolute joke.

5 /5 william bradford: I have 3 accounts at the lake Park Branch and have never had an issue. It isnt their fault if you cant manage your money. Great Bank and Great People.
