1 /5 Tessa Gibbs: I had a lady I’m not saying no names but she was at fault yesterday an she knows it because I gotten a call and she never handed me a receipt or count my money out to me at all. She can get in very trouble and money was missing out of it but it will come back to her but I had the worst teller in the 2 days of showing up and she had a nasty attitude as well an I was very unhappy I really wanna talk to her supervisor on this because she blamed it all on me.

Super personable and extremely knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything re: my account. If yall go up there, ask for Dustin! Great bank, great employees, highly recommend!
2 /5 Melinda Johnson: Ive had the worst customer service today at Sea Island Bank in Metter Ga. I presented my bank card and drivers license. The teller was very rude, took my information to the back, I waited for 10minutes, she then asked me to sign the receipt with address and phone number which I did so she can look at it. She gave me back my bank card and drivers license and said thank you. I asked can I have my money now? She laughed and said oh its right here. So I left. 5 minutes later she calls and says maam Im calling from the bank. Can you tell me your name and address so I did and asked is there a problem? She said oh no. I will not be using Sea Island Bank in Metter Ga again.

Hailee Davis I do not bank here but my grandparents do. When they go in this bank, they are always met with smiling faces. They know my grandparents by name. The people that work there are friendly and they are always laughing. I love the good vibes they bring and their branch manager is very sweet. If I did not live so far away I would bank here. But it is great knowing these people will go above and beyond for my elderly grandparents who are easily confused
Sam Adkins Our hometown bank cant be beat! Our daughter is traveling through Europe and landed in London this morning and got a text that her FNB card would not work. She had already notified FNB of her travel dates etc. and they had taken care of everything. This problem was an unforseen glitch.
After an early morning call to FNB they quickly began working to resolve the problem even though it was Saturday!
They didnt say "you will have to wait until Monday morning." This is why we love our small town!

John Horton I opened a new account with Miss Julie at the Dawsonville office. She is very personable and fun to talk to and handled the new account very professionally I felt very comfortable working with her. Looking forward to meeting with her in the future.
Summer Wolfe Everyone was so helpful and patient. My situation was very difficult at the time and i normally wouldnt do with something like this. But it was my only option with my given situation. The staff was very helpful they worked with every last one of my speed bumps and were extremely patient and friendly. Charmaine was awesome she didnt make me feel bad for not having it together that day. She really went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed
