1 /5 Peyton Posey: Let me just start out by saying if you’re looking or even considering to hire swindle law group look elsewhere!! I’m not sure where all of these good reviews are coming from but take them with a grain of salt. You would honestly be better off representing yourself & saving yourself thousands. Jason Swindle was once very respected and if not the best, one of the best attorneys in the west Georgia area. Not anymore. Jason & his associates are now just a bunch of washed up has beens. I recently hired Jason to represent me and to say I was more than disappointed is an understatement. I hired him 4 months prior my first court date hoping to get ahead of the game. I set an appointment to come in, go over everything & pay my down payment. After that it was crickets. I was the one constantly reaching out to them every month for MONTHS to get updates on my case. Every time I would call or come to the office I could never speak to Jason or his paralegal. Everything always had to go through the receptionist at the front desk. When I would call or show up she would assure me that everything was fine & under control but that they were pushing it out because they usually get better results that way. Which was understandable. It did rub me wrong that I was never able to speak to anyone but a receptionist but I trusted Jason & knew or should I say “thought” he had a good track record. Well was I wrong…. I never had anyone reach out to me about my case it was always me doing the reaching out. That’s until less than a week before my final court date. 9 months & almost 3k later they finally decided to reach out & when they did all they asked was if I had seen the DA recommendation. They had done absolutely nothing and were going to let me just take whatever the prosecutor wanted to give me. They had not even opened my discovery to see everything the court had against me. They didn’t even try to get my charges lowered. Not to mention this is when they told me Jason couldn’t work on my case & that it had been passed to one of his associates. Then I soon find out that the reason my case had been pushed back 9 months wasn’t for better results it was because Jason swindle had been in rehab. When they took my case he was in rehab and that’s why I was never able to meet with him. I was then told I ended up hiring another attorney since court is less than a week away at this point & he did more for me in less than a week than swindle law group did in 9 months. Im not the first person that has been scammed out of thousands of dollars just for nothing in return but I do hope im the last. Moral of the story, this place is a joke so take your business literally anywhere else.
