Greg Burns Ambre and Kelly did an outstanding job explaining policies that have not been presented to us prior to today with Globe Life Liberty National. I was not able to make any decisions due to my wife being at work during this session and finances being tight currently and they were very understanding with everything I was currently facing. Well, after multiple conversations, all with Carlee I was not able to complete my task that day. 100% my fault. The next morning I called and again it was Carlee. Thank God, because she helped me finally get everything taken care of for me! Carlee provided the best customer service Ive ever received! Great company, great rates and top notch customer service! I highly recommend!
