Pynckels Lynn “Ms. Pink” I was recommended to Richard and his team a few years ago when State Farm decided to become sky high. From the moment we discussed what I needed he was able to help us lower our home insurance and our vehicle insurances. We have had a teenager who had minor and major accidents and, Richard was available to calm mommas fears and provide superior customer service even after hours. Anytime I have questions he is quick to respond and help in any way that he can. I have never met him in person but we have grown to appreciate his commitment to his business and his clients and I feel like weve been friends for years.
