Kyla Griggs I cannot express enough gratitude to Nick Strickland for the patience he showed, while guiding me through my auto insurance process. I was nervous and wanted to explore my options because insurance rates are through the roof these days and I was ready to leave the provider that I had. He listened to me and found the best option FOR ME. It is rare to happen upon people who work in the customer service field that actually VALUE their customers, but Nick is a true gem and an expert at what he does. I will be recommending him to everyone I know!

Sarah Kitchens The agent at this office, Colleen Raye Taylor, is completely unprofessional. I inquired about an existing policy with this office and she not only did not help me, she did not want to, and her attitude was horrible. I switched all policies to State Farm solely because of HER. She is not good for business for Farm Bureau and I’d suggest they “give her the boot” as State Farm did before she acquired this job. I will be contacting headquarters in Macon about her.

Parker Owen I needed to change home insurance so I called Cleos office. Over the years Ive talked to a few agents who are all knowledgeable, sharp, are genuinely interested in taking care of you and your insured and are very competent and rate competitive. Today I spoke with Zoe Smith and she was very helpful, asking the right questions to take care of my situation. Shes a great fit in for Cleos team. Smart, friendly, and especially competent. And I got to say, calling her office is not the dreaded chore I remember from interacting with previous insurers whose interest was their bottom line not a plan that was for me and my wallet.
