Happy B We walked in to browse and add to my wifes engagement ring with an updated wedding band. Alexis was great! She came up with her own design ideas which after looking at everything else my wife went with her suggestion. The entire drive home i heard about how she enjoyed the experience, the new design and Alexis. I will always use Brilliant Earth. Thank you!!

He went above and beyond, making digital mock-ups every time I had a new idea and was so flexible when I wanted the ring to look a certain way - it turned out great! Will definitely be returning to create our wedding bands.

Whiz Detty Abby was incredible. My husband and I have been visiting Savannah Georgia for 27 years. This trip was extra special for us both because we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. Barbara Vutano I just have to tell about my experience in this store. First off, I was with my daughter and we are both from Florida. I just wanted to go in and check it out. Maria greeted us and was very helpful, friendly, and just very nice. I must say we literally had the poor girl running, never gave us any inclination that we were bothering her. After we picked everything out, she rang us up and that’s when my credit card was declined! She ran it thru again, DECLINED! There was no possible way that my card was declined! I was so embarrassed!!! I paid cash and apologized. We left the store on the phone with the credit card company and ended up getting everything worked out. Went back to our hotel, and this sweet lady text me asking if everything was ok. I must say that no one has ever done anything like that before! Maria definitely went above and beyond!!!! Thank you Maria!!!!!!

Jacob Reddick I went into their store by chance that they would have an extra earring back that I could buy, which they did but the customer service was so welcoming and friendly that I was intrigued to stay and look through the store. I ended up buying a little charm that I got to wear the same day to a concert! Thanks for the kind service and easy shopping experience !

robin mace I went to Bradley and Elle with a vision of exactly what I wanted. After showing me several settings from various designers, none of them were ‘it’. Bradley agreed to make me the ring himself. Not only is it beautiful, but he did two fittings for me with wax molds to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier and have already sent friends here for their engagement ring. Highly recommend.

Recently had my grandmother’s ring restored after losing the stones - I never took the ring off so it was in pretty rough shape before the stones came out. I cannot thank the team here enough for bringing my grandmother’s ring back to life. Turn around time was about 3 weeks but beyond worth the wait!!!
