1 /5 Jordan Smalls: Ever since relocating to GA I have had nothing but issues with this company. I will be switching to another insurance. My cost also went up when I’ve never been in an accident and have never had a ticket before. Basically, I keep getting letters from the state saying that I don’t have insurance. I also was unable to get my license plate switched over because the state was saying that I don’t have insurance. I PAY $150 DOLLARS A MONTH and have been since the beginning of this year and have NEVER had a lapse in insurance so I don’t understand why they keep sending me letters saying that I am not actually insured. Either way I am SICK of it and will be purchasing my insurance through a company that actually works and knows what they’re doing. This is ridiculous. I have had a car and insurance for 12 years now and have NEVER had this issue. I’m over it.

Even saved us some money on both our auto and home policies. Very responsive. I even texted him on New Years Eve and he responded right away.

1 /5 Jeanie Christian: Im hoping this review will prompt a response from the owner. I used Southern Insurance Solutions for my liability insurance. When an audit was done and there was a substantial increase to the previous years charges I asked for a detailed explanation of how they came to the numbers. After playing phone/email tag for several weeks and waiting for the explanation they simply sent the bill to collections. I have never been late with a bill in my life and have never had anything sent to collections and was shocked they they decided to go this route instead of calling to explain the charges to me. I would not recommend this firm if you need clear explanations and communication.

5 /5 Bob Scherer: Gillespie Family Agency is by FAR the BEST insurance company we ever had (in 35+ years experience buying insurance!); they saved us a BUNCH (vs State Farm & Allstate!) But, equally important, they’ve ALWAYS been there when we needed them (be it a claim or additional insurance needs); 1 call and they’re on it!; Plus, they’ve even periodically comparison shopped FOR US (and not just recommended changes when needed, but also handled the required details, ensuring a smooth transition!) Auto, home, liability, jewelry, golf carts, you name it... after over 7 years, their service is as great as it was on day 1; we’ve never had agents this dependable, trustworthy, client-focused and hard-working! (and wouldn’t even think about having our insurance business anywhere else!)
