5 /5 Robin Cronan: I’ve been using Wilks since 2012 and they are hands down the best place ever! All the lady’s in the office are so sweet. Especially Dana. I’m a total mess most days and I’m always forgetting to call and make my payment and Dana is always so sweet and understanding and if I’ve ever needed any extra time to get them my payment they always understand. Thank you ladies for always being so friendly!!

1 /5 Ms Little: This is far the worst conversation Ive ever encountered with anyone at Wilkes today...Ive always been able to speak with Chris or Dana today I spoke with Michelle who was just Rude Rude Rude she doesnt listen or give u a chance to complete a sentence. Ive been dealing with Wilkes for years with very Pleasant individuals to speak with, Michelle going forward please learn how to talk and communicate with clients or Youll be the cause of Chris business to Fail!!! And since I cant speak with Dana or Chris I will execute this email to get into the right hands so Thank you for your rudness today MICHELLE!!

1 /5 Ty Jackson: went to this place with my wife in need of emergency money for plane tickets , the staff was amazing and extremely sweet ; we were approved for the 500 dollar loan and was out the door . Fast forward 4 months later my mother just passed away last week & I’ve been 43 days late on payment which is “ MY FAULT” , ms jaime called and I told her I couldn’t pay until after Christmas . Her exact words was “ that isn’t gonna work for me “ I said I have no other choice I have to bury my mother . I then call back to speak to a manager “DANA” about how I was approached & this lady yells at me like she had some sort of mental illness . My wife or mom don’t even talk to me the way she did , screaming like she was demonic . They say they are understanding but they really aren’t at all it’s almost as if you owe the MOB . So I will give them a 5 star for the first impression but absolutely will not ever in my life recommend ANYBODY to go there .
