ROGER MFONE I have my Homeowners Insurance with Farmers and car insurance with another company. Alan Morgan is my current Farmers Insurance Agent. I had never talked to him but would receive emails on a regular basis regarding various ways that I can save money on my policy. In recently received one of such emails from him and decided to call. I was very impressed by his level and wealth of knowledge, professionalism and great customer service I received from him. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions. He went as far as doing research to identify Defensive Driving courses although I had a clean driving record just because he wanted to help me save more money on my policy. Based on the experience I had with Alan, I encouraged some of my family members to switch to Farmers and to work directly with Alan because I know he will provide them with the same highest level of customer service that I received from him.
