1 /5 Chris Jordan: My experience in the beginning was very pleasant. Mrs. Harley was very knowledgeable and was able to get my policy started very quickly. When renewal time came around every six months, she was sure to contact me and help find all the discounts that would apply to my policy. Thats the extent of my "good" experience! My experience with this office over the last six months has rapidly plummeted. I moved from the city to the country and my rates went up, and then to add insult to injury, someone in the office "forgot" to add some sort of $100 charge towards my policy 2 renewals ago. I was informed that they do not handle any type of "billing issues". I cancelled my policy less than 24hrs after the money had been withdrawn from my account, I didnt have the expectation of the money to be refunded to me immediately but in my eyes, a few days would have been acceptable for a return. When I called to address the issue, not only was I lied to but brushed off as well. The customer service and knowledge Josh provided me with my issues was less than satisfactory!
