Insurance has raised tremendously over the years and Lance Gray has always kept me at a very reasonable rate. He’s seriously the best. Very thankful for this company. I try and tell as many people as I can so they don’t get taken advantage of with other insurance agencies. Very genuine company.

Both of these individuals have been nothing but helpful in explaining things about both the auto and the homeowners insurance policies. Caleb is available with any questions we had and open and honest. They are both very friendly and helpful.

Ashley Woods Brigit and her staff are so professional and knowledgeable. From start to finish in getting our coverage they were in constant communication and let us know the status updates. Within a day or so everything was lined out and we got the coverage we needed. They made it easy and took care of us.

Yumeko W Whoever the guy is in this office is very rude and disrespectful. I called to get a quote, and he asked me to call back . When I did in less than a minute, he refused to answer the phone and sent me to voicemail. Ive had insurance with this company for over a year now, so I guess at this point, I need to start looking elsewhere. To think I was bringing other people to this company, I will refer them to acceptance instead. If he didnt want to work today, he should have stayed home. They women in the office are great. I wasnt calling to make a suggestion I was calling for a quote for a possible new customer.
