Dwan young My brother in-law went to the store to cash a cashiers check an the lady told him that it was fake so he went to another store..only to find out that the lady called that store an told them not to cash it..he was racially profile because of the way he looked so we called them so she kept us on hold for 20 min but he did cash the check at the bank

Matthew This company has some of the best employees by far! They have been nothing but kind and patient with me over the past two years when it comes to making payments on my shed. Communication is key with them! I hate to admit that I have lacked in that aspect more than I would like during this time but each time I have messaged them or spoken on the phone with them they have truly taken the time to listen and understand. In todays world that is a rare thing. We all go through struggles in our life and if it so happens that you are late on a payment then pick up the phone and call them to let them know what is going on. They are very professional and respectful and treat you like an actual human being! Thank you so much to the RTO staff for staying patient with me over these past two years. Jessica Blaine The lobby was closed due to covid, so I called to verify that I could have a debit card made in the drive thru. While I was waiting in the long line to get to the drive thru, someone from the bank called me back to go ahead and have the card made so it would be ready when I got to the window. Amazing customer service that went above and beyond.
