5 /5 M Lee: I had the BEST experience with Bianca. I came in to deposit funds from selling my home. She was able to get it released quickly, help me create a new account I needed, and get me a new debit card in the process since it was time to. She was very patient and helpful, very friendly and caring. Made sure I knew all my options and answered all my questions. I’ve also banked with Robins since 2001 and will never use another bank. I’m glad one opened in Conyers!

1 /5 Dan Jerwers: Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will not do business with Robins in the future. Cant believe a business that relies on customers is totally not customer friendly. How does that even make sense is beyond me.

1 /5 K Barr: They have recently taken over our Bank. The customer service is the WORST!! My card constantly shuts off due to Fraud Alerts, every second time I’ve used it. Spend 30 min to an hour getting it turned back on to have it shut off next time I use it. There customer service response is “just call us back”. Really, like anyone has numerous hours in a business day as they don’t answer 24/7 only business hours. So frustrating and you have to go to a branch to change your pin. Ridiculous!! 5/1/25. My opinion of the Customer Service is still the same. Go into the branch you must sign in on a Kiosk that doesn’t work well at all.

1 /5 ryan wallace: This is the worst bank. We have had nothing but problems since it became Robins Financial. Problems connecting our account, weird holds on checks. The tellers are also very Rude!! Im not sure if they know what friendly customer service is. Beware!! We are switching all of our accounts.
