1 /5 K M: I dont generally write reviews but believe my mother was overcharged and underserved. Mr. Prior drew up my parents wills in 2007. Ten years later when my Dad died, he said the wills were useless and recommended she form a trust. I believed he should have advised her to get through probate and then make what are pretty complicated decisions later. My Dad had just died. It was a sad, confusing time with many decisions to be made. After taking my Moms $5000 (a lot of money to fill out some forms), he was unavailable for assistance. There was a mistake in the Power of Attorney, but he would not offer help in any way unless she paid him more money. Notice that one of his three 5star ratings is done by him. I dont think it counts if you rate yourself. My husband and I just established a trust in another state and the time and attention we recieved (for less than half the price) made it very clear how little my Mom got for her money from Mr. Prior. Choose another firm.
