1 /5 Wade Doss: This organization is directly aligned with the seller/builder, particularly CMD Homes, and not a neutral third-party with equal representation for the buyer. Construction is substandard and all warranties expire before redemption despite being written into closing contracts. If I were to sum up their quality of work I would say this is where the bottom of law school classes end up. Do not trust these people.
