1 /5 Jonathan Nelson: I’ve had the worst experiences with Roach, Caudill, and Frost. Firstly, I’ll begin with Jusge Roach. I’ve never had issues with him because I’ve never dealt with him outside of working with him as a CPD officer in minor violations.
Judge Caudill was nice to me a while. But then lied to his staff about my well respected father and I trying to ask him merely if he could just call me and I could present new evidence in a case. He went around the office saying terrible, terrible things about us that weren’t even close to factual.
Then Lindsay, the lawyer who literally charges as much as a partner but broke when I demanded that she actual defend her client who paid her tens of thousands of dollars. All the client got was, “well we should just wait and see what happens,” or of course as professional as she was, blatant insults towards me… that’s a lawyer getting paid to insult me. Just FYI, don’t use her.
Then last is Whit Frost. He and I have been in litigation for a 6 year long case he refuses to compromise, settle, or even speak to me about. He takes at bare minimum two months to respond unless he’s defending his reputation, and what is insane is that I have 50/50 custody. He said that it “isn’t his opinion” that I have 50/50 custody when I’ve done the math for him twice now in writing. But his godly opinion apparently trumps factual information. Then he treats not only me like garbage, but his own clients can’t stand him any longer.
I wish what I was saying wasn’t true. But it is. And it’s all what’s happened over the years. I’m Pro Se right now and I somehow have accomplished more by myself than any of these lawyers have accomplished this entire case.
Whatever you do, don’t waste your money or time on these crooks. They don’t care about clients and surely don’t care about the children involved.
