1 /5 Charity Jones: If I could rate this attorney at a zero I would. Ted is very unprofessional and cant be trusted to not make deals with other attorneys without his clients permission. Ted represented my daughter in her divorce and custody case until she had to find another attorney that was honest and cared about protecting her children. Ted would leave the room to talk to the other attorney and tell us that was protocol. What he was doing was making deals without my daughters permission and lying to her about the conversations. If you have a high conflict custody case and need your children protected I highly recommend not using this attorney.

I’ve learned that it is good to always have a lawyer on standby because you never know when something unforeseen that impossible might become possible. I’m glad that I have Ted in my families corner, very intelligent, and dependable, always has kept me up-to-date and called me back regardless of how busy he is . I highly recommend him and trust him anytime he said that he was going to do something it’s been done and it’s always been favorable and I’m thankful to have him.

5 /5 Melissa: During a very dark, hard, and trying time we were referred to Ted Cassert. This man worked some amazing miracles and was there when we needed it. He gave us his personal cell phone to be able to contact him whenever we had questions or concerns. Calls, texts, and emails always responded to by him (not an assistant), most within hours, but never more than a day. He is honest and real about everything. We will be referring him to anyone that needs legal advice.

2 /5 Matthew Greene: Before you spend the amount money Ted is going to request, weigh your options. The communication from him and his assistant (Anna) is horrible to say the least. Neither one is on the same page. Anna will state one thing; while Ted will state another. Both stated misinformation on multiple occasions during my case. He will not follow through with things he says he will do. He will be quick to want to settle your case to avoid further work and pocket as much of your money as possible. My case was settled in mediation after giving him $6300 to start the case and having to pay for mediation out of my pocket instead of it coming from the retainer. He will not very clear on things being agreed upon. Requesting me to sign a blank sheet of paper at the end of mediation. In addition, my daughters last name was suppose to be changed some time ago. Ted stated that he would take care of this; I’m still waiting for him to respond. At the end of the day, when you spend the amount of money he is going to request, you would expect things to get done right.

5 /5 Lane Burnett: Ted Cassert represented me in my divorce and was referred to me by a lady who whom he also represented. He is the best and will make sure your best interest come first! He wrote my divorce papers in a way that would always be to my advantage. He is thorough and detailed and with him as your attorney, your sure to come out as the winner in your case! Dont hesitate to hire him! You wont regret it!
