Cody Archibald Well the licensed representative looked at all my options and discovered I wasnt getting the best service plan from the same company I had just switched to, so they researched all of my interests and found a better auto insurance policy for me that included all my concerns. They even took it a step further and was able to keep me with the same company I had just switched to but under different resources. Darius Smith The GreenBriar location was no help at all they system is down and couldnt process payment basically told me my policy canceled cause they tried to take the money out and it wasnt in there (They Draft at 12:01 who jobs pays the at 12:01 in the Am dont worry Ill wait)they I can take my business somewhere else and get another quote (mind you Im your customer trying to pay you the money) was no Help at all and the Gainesville Ga location hung up in my face still waiting on that call back to the only reason they getting 2 stars is because I called two locations with piss poor customer service.....

The Tillman Family and Others Michael (Cody) is the best agent I’ve dealt with in a long time. I filled out the application on marketplace by myself and the agent I spoke to when picking my plan advised me the policy would be higher than the quote I received from Cody. We left my husband’s work health insurance for insurance through the marketplace and are now saving over $500 a month. Also our deductibles are less as well as our prescriptions. It did take a little bit of time to finalize everything, but it was because of the insurance company had a hard time, but Cody was patient and helped fix the application in a timely manner so that we were never without insurance when we swapped. Highly recommend him over any other agent.
